Where I am speaking from
I don’t fit into one box,
and I’m not here to put you into one either.
Movement became one of my greatest teachers.
Through dance, I learned to work with emotion, intensity, resistance, and change, often before I had the words for it.
Alongside that grew a deep curiosity for human behavior, patterns, and what exists beneath the surface.
My work is shaped by those experiences:
nearly three decades of inner work, observation, and practice. Learning to notice what life is communicating, what keeps repeating, and what is asking to be seen more clearly.
I’m not speaking from having all the answers. I’m speaking as a student of life, still learning, still practicing, and still growing through the work I share.

That’s where the work begins.
What I share comes from a life lived between cultures, cities, perspectives, and expectations, from Stockholm to New York City and Los Angeles. Learning to navigate contrast around me and within me.
